Welcome to use Flytrade, a service provided by Shenzhen Qifeifan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Flytrade"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Flytrade. Please read this Agreement carefully before using Flytrade service. By using Flytrade service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, please do not use Flytrade service.
Flytrade is an online trading platform that provides users with product information, transaction services, and other related services. Users can use Flytrade to browse product information, communicate with suppliers, place orders, and make payments.
Users of Flytrade must be individuals or legal entities with full capacity for civil conduct. If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct, please do not use Flytrade service.
To use Flytrade service, users need to complete the registration process and obtain a Flytrade account. Users should provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and passwords. Flytrade will not be responsible for any losses caused by users' failure to keep their account information and passwords secure.
Users shall use Flytrade service in compliance with laws, regulations, and this Agreement. Users shall not engage in any behavior that violates the legitimate rights and interests of others, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates laws and regulations. Users shall not use Flytrade service to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities.
Flytrade may suspend or terminate Flytrade service in whole or in part at any time for any reason, with or without notice to users. Flytrade shall not be liable to users or any third party for any damages arising from the suspension or termination of Flytrade service.
(1) Users understand and agree that Flytrade will not be responsible for any service interruption or user data loss caused by force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons.
(2) Users understand and agree that Flytrade will not be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses caused by users' use of Flytrade service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business reputation, and business opportunities.
(3) Flytrade makes no express or implied warranties with respect to the services provided by Flytrade, including but not limited to the applicability, accuracy, timeliness, security, completeness, confidentiality, etc. of the services.
(4) Agreement Modification
(5) Flytrade has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement based on actual situations. Once this Agreement is modified, Flytrade will publish the latest Agreement terms on its website, and users should check them regularly.
(6) If users do not agree with the modifications made by Flytrade to the Agreement terms, they should stop using Flytrade service. If users continue to use Flytrade service, they will be deemed to have accepted the modifications made to the Agreement terms.
(7) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
(8) The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
(9) Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction.
